Legacy Center offers comprehensive evaluations, personalized for each client. See below for the fees for our most common evaluations provided:
- Comprehensive Developmental Evaluation ($3,200)
- Includes cognitive, adaptive, executive functioning, and social/emotional testing
- Most often assessing and ruling out Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability/Global Developmental Delay, and Giftedness
- Comprehensive Learning Evaluation ($3,200)
- Includes cognitive and academic achievement testing
- Most often assessing and ruling out ADHD & Specific Learning Disabilities in the areas of reading (including Dyslexia), writing (including Dysgraphia), and mathematics (including Dyscalculia)
- Comprehensive Developmental & Learning Evaluation ($3,600)
- Includes cognitive, adaptive, executive functioning, academic achievement, and social/emotional testing
- Most often assessing and ruling out Autism, ADHD, and Specific Learning Disabilities in the areas of reading (including Dyslexia), writing (including Dysgraphia), and mathematics (including Dyscalculia)
- Autism-only evaluation ($2,400 for under 4 years old and younger OR $2,800 for 5 years and older)
- Includes cognitive, adaptive testing, and social/emotional testing
- Most often assessing and ruling out Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay/Intellectual Disability, and/or Giftedness
- ADHD-only evaluation ($2,400)
- Includes cognitive and executive functioning
- Most often assessing and ruling out ADHD
- Learning Disability-only evaluation ($2,800)
- Includes cognitive and academic achievement testing
- Most often assessing and ruling out Specific Learning Disabilities in the areas of reading (including Dyslexia), writing (including Dysgraphia), and mathematics (including Dyscalculia)
- Intellectual Disability Evaluation ($1,800)
- Includes cognitive and adaptive testing
- Most often ruling out and assessing Intellectual Disability and/or Global Developmental Delay
- Gifted & Talented testing ($800)
- Includes Cognitive testing
- Private School Accommodation testing (call for pricing)
Legacy Center providers are not in-network with any private insurance company and do not take insurance. Upon request, we can provide you a superbill should you wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Please note that, due to Colorado State policy, we are unfortunately unable to provide services to individuals covered by Medicaid.
