Jillian Diamond, Psy.D. received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Vermont where she was a member of the Honors College. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Mental Health Specialist on an inpatient psychiatric unit at McLean Hospital in Massachusetts.
Dr. Diamond continued her education at the University of Denver, where she earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her training focused on working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings in the Denver area, including a year of training with Legacy Center. Dr. Diamond returned to Massachusetts to complete her psychology internship at South Shore Mental Health and McLean Hospital (Accredited by the American Psychological Association).
Following graduation, Dr. Diamond happily returned to Colorado and rejoined the Legacy Center team for post-doctoral training before becoming a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She enjoys providing psychotherapy for children and adolescents experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and difficulties with social skills, and has specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parent Guidance. Dr. Diamond also specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological, developmental, mood, and personality evaluations for individuals across the lifespan.
In her free time, Dr. Diamond enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing, hiking, and camping.
