Deborah J. Neisen is a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years experience in providing services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents in the Denver area. She has been in private practice for 15 years. She received her BA in Child Family and Community Services from the University of IL-Sangamon Campus. She received a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. She was a founding member of the KWEN Family Institute in IL. She received post graduate training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Denver. She was fortunate to train with Bruce Fisher founder of Fisher Divorce Seminars.

She specializes in relationship issues, grief and loss, women’s issues, adolescent issues, depression and anxiety, stress, divorce coaching, self-esteem, and mindfulness practices.

Treatment orientation is Humanistic, Holistic and Strength based. She believes that emotions are signals and guides which lead us to change when we listen. My goal as a therapist is to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings and needs and develop a course of action.

Debbie enjoys camping, hiking, and cooking. She is an avid music lover of all types of music.
